Hi, I’m Lexy — a licensed cosmetic tattoo artist and licensed esthetician specializing in permanent cosmetics and skin treatments.

Licensed since 2017, I’ve spent years refining my craft in permanent cosmetics, with an emphasis on custom brows or lips for each client and natural-looking results. My approach is creating brows and lips that feel timeless, wearable, and true to the individual.

As my career evolved, so did my passion for skin health and long-term maintenance. Alongside permanent makeup, I offer custom facials, microneedling, dermaplaning, brow services, and facial waxing, allowing me to approach beauty holistically through both artistry and skin care.

Every service I provide is highly customized, beginning with a thoughtful consultation and continuing through education, aftercare, and realistic expectations. My focus is on creating custom brow and lip results paired with personalized skin treatments, ensuring each client receives care that is intentional, individualized, and aligned with their goals.

I currently provide services in Arkansas, operating independently inside Pure Salon & Spa, and look forward to expanding availability for my previous Tennessee clientele as scheduling allows in the future.
