Policies & Client Agreement

Credit Card on File

A valid credit card is required to be kept on file at the time of booking. Your card will only be charged in accordance with the cancellation and no-show policy outlined below.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

 

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to respect the schedule of other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a no-show and subject to the cancellation policy.

 

No Guests Policy

To maintain a calm, professional, and sanitary environment, no guests or additional visitors are permitted during your appointment.

 

Forms & Waivers

All clients are required to complete and sign all intake forms, consent forms, and waivers prior to receiving services. Services cannot be performed without completed documentation.

 

Pre & Post Care Compliance

Clients must carefully follow all pre- and post-care instructions provided. Proper care is essential for optimal healing and results. Failure to follow these instructions may affect outcomes and is not the responsibility of the service provider.

 

Age Requirement

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive services. Clients under 18 may only be treated with written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

No Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable. Time, expertise, and products are reserved specifically for each appointment.
